Description

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant records.
Support the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
Handle general HR Administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports.
Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities.
