HR Administrator

Manchester City Centre £13.46 per hour Temporary Contract: 24th August 2026 - 30th October 2026 40 Hours per Week Office-Based | 5 Days per Week Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced HR team in Manchester City Centre on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience within a professional HR environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, ensuring employee records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
Processing new starter and leaver documentation
Preparing contracts, letters and other HR correspondence
Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
Supporting onboarding and induction processes
Organising meetings and maintaining HR calendars
Assisting with absence and holiday records
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
Handling confidential employee information with discretion

About You

Previous HR administration experience is essential
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
Professional, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
