We’re currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Cambridge on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You must drive and have access to a car due to the office location
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the HR system
* Draft contracts, letters, and internal communications
* Manage employee records and generate HR metrics
* Oversee exit processes and final payroll
* Handle HR queries via inbox and HR systems
* Process monthly payroll and ensure legal compliance
* Administer benefits including pensions, BUPA, and gym memberships
* Act as the first point of contact for UK HR queries
* Support with performance and grievance matters
* Assist with visa and immigration administration
* Contribute to HR policy development and planning
* Provide admin support across core business functions
About you:
This role is ideal for someone currently studying towards their CIPD qualification or with a strong interest in HR, who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across a full generalist remit as our client offering a study support package.
