Role Overview Our client’s HR team is looking for an organized, detail-driven HR Administrator to support the delivery of top-tier HR services across key areas such as employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compliance. This role will provide vital administrative support to the HR Manager and other business stakeholders, playing a key part in the success of the growing business. You'll be working closely with a small, dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Offer full HR administrative support, including managing shift patterns, holiday records, and employee documentation. Coordinate recruitment activities: liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters/contracts, and managing new starter processes. Maintain and update sickness absence trackers, ensure return-to-work forms are completed, and arrange Occupational Health appointments. Ensure employee files (both electronic and paper) are accurately maintained, ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment law. Assist with internal communications and HR projects as directed by the HR Manager. Who You Are You bring experience working in a fast-paced, office-based HR environment. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude. You’re adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong customer service focus. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with SuccessFactors (sHaRe) and Tensor is a plus (training will be provided).
