Responsibilities:-
* Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
* Support payroll and pension administration.
* Assist in recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, conducting employment checks and drafting contracts.
* Respond to HR and recruitment queries via email and prepare various HR communications.
* Support new employee inductions and ensure training and performance reviews are completing on time.
* Produce accurate reports and assist with tracking HR KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will be looking to launch their HR career or perhaps have some previous experience in a similar role. You must have previous experience of working in an office environment. You will have a strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
