Job Title: HR Administrator (People Services Advisor) Location: Warwick / Hybrid (2 days per week) Contract: 6 months Your Role: As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include: Employee Support: Manage queries from employees via phone and email, addressing HR and employee-related issues. Data Management: Update and manage employee data within Service Now, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Live Chat Operations:Oversee the daily operation of our live chat service, maintaining documentation and supporting the development of chat data and insights. Escalation Coordination:Support and coordinate all escalations across service lines, providing insightful reporting. Metrics & KPIs:Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Internal Collaboration:Work closely with related teams to ensure seamless HR processes and effective interconnectivity. What You Bring: A solid understanding of 'hire to retire' processes. Experience in managing payroll and benefits-related queries. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
