Artis HR is recruiting for a vibrant, fast-paced People Administrator role within a dynamic financial services firm. You'll manage key parts of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, and support People-centred projects, all while keeping systems accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage essential People processes with precision and efficiency, handling everything from onboarding and offboarding to employee updates, compliance vetting, and system data integrity.
Act as a dependable first point of contact for queries, delivering clear, friendly guidance and ensuring smooth employee experiences.
Provide project support across initiatives such as HR systems updates and process improvements, working closely with Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams.
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience (essential), ideally gained within a corporate environment.
A detail-focused and organised individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and values thoroughness in their work.
A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, whether it's spotting opportunities to streamline a process or stepping in to support a cross-functional project.
An approachable communicator who delivers a personable and empathetic experience to employees and colleagues alike.
A highly ambitious mindset-ready to learn, develop, and build a career in People Operations.
Tech-savvy with confidence in MS Office; experience using Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
