On behalf of our successful client we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the delivery of an efficient and professional HR service across the full employee lifecycle. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, approachable, and passionate about providing a first-class HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries relating to recruitment, training, policies, and procedures.
* Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs.
* Provide comprehensive HR administration support, including maintaining HR databases, producing correspondence, administering contract variations, and ensuring payroll teams are updated with changes.
* Support employee benefits administration and track absence management in line with company policy.
* Assist in the coordination of training activities, monitoring statutory/mandatory training, and maintaining accurate training records.
* Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including notetaking at meetings.
* Contribute to internal communications, including noticeboards, intranet updates, and recognition schemes.
* Manage leaver processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and system updates.
* Work closely with the HR team to review and improve systems, processes, and best practice across the department.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Discreet and professional approach, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office packages.
