Description
Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
Handle payroll administration and liaise with relevant departments.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the coordination of training sessions and development programmes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or HR role.
A good understanding of HR processes and practices.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
