What you'll do:
Coordinate monthly payroll accuracy and validation (processing managed by Global People Services).
Act as key contact for HR systems - particularly SuccessFactors - producing reports and managing data integrity.
Support HR metrics, KPIs and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, data management and compliance.
Partner with HR colleagues and managers to enhance systems and processes.What you'll bring:
Proven HR Operations background in a fast-paced, international setting.
Strong technical aptitude; confident using HR systems and Excel.
Analytical thinker comfortable with KPIs, metrics and basic P&L concepts.
Detail-driven, organised and proactive.
Ambition to develop toward a Junior HR BP role.
Fluent English (Dutch not required).You'll thrive here if you:
