HR Advisor | 6-Month Contract | £15 - £17 Per Hour | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote
We’re recruiting for HR Advisor who will be part of a high functioning Global HR operations team. You’ll be the first point of contact for the wider HR team and business across EMEA and responsible for supporting employees with a particular focus on onboarding. This is a 6-month initial contract with high likelyhood of extension starting in late June.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of HR operations experience ideally in global environments
Confident in managing onboarding, offboarding, and job changes independently
Familiarity with onboarding and EMEA compliance
Knowledge in HR policies and employment laws
Skills in Oracle HRIS and ServiceNow for data and ticket management is a plus
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experienced in contributing to regional and global HR projects
Additional languages like Spanish, German, or Polish are highly beneficial
