What will the Employee Relations Advisor role involve?
Providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance
Managing complex ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues, with a focus on fair and consistent outcomes
Collaborating with managers to develop strategies that promote positive employee engagement and organisational wellbeing
Supporting and guiding line managers through sensitive investigations and decision-making processes
Contributing to the development and implementation of ER policies and initiatives, fostering a proactive approach to employee management
Suitable Candidate for the Employee Relations Advisor vacancy:
Proven experience managing complex employment relations casework, ideally within a sizeable organisation
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels
Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive and challenging situations
A proactive thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
