The HR Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity to manage people-focused initiatives within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is based in Sidcup and will be focusing solely on absence management on a 12 month FTC basis.

A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in human resources, ideally within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong experience with absence management
Experience working with unions
Experience in managing employee relations and recruitment processes.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.Job Offer
