We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Advisor to support and manage HR functions within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Huddersfield and requires expertise in HR practices and Employee Relations to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Description
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
A solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from GBP 42,000 to GBP 45,000.
