The Company

Due to continued business growth and success, they are now seeking to appoint a hardworking, positive, and enquiring individual — someone who will challenge the norm and drive continuous improvement while supporting their people-first culture.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR guidance, support, and coaching to Supervisors and Managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle — from attraction and recruitment through to development and exit.
You will support Managers with a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations (disciplinaries, absence, grievances), employee engagement, and performance management. You will also contribute to the HR strategy to attract, engage, and develop the best people to support the business, while driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication.
This is a varied and fast-paced position offering a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers and play a key role in a growing, forward-thinking business.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will be flexible, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
CIPD Level 5 is desirable, however candidates with CIPD Level 3 and 3+ years’ experience in HR will also be considered.
As the role is based across two sites, a valid driving licence is essential.
