Job Title: HR Advisor
 Location: Worthing, parking on site
 Salary: £35k
 Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 17:00pm, Mon-Fri , office based.

About the Role:
 We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join a growing and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at junior to mid-level who is looking to develop their HR career in a varied and hands-on role.

You'll work closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives.

HR Advisor responsibilities:

Build strong and effective working relationships with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance across the full range of people matters to ensure a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach to people management.
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment activities, providing advice on recruitment and selection best practice where required.
Prepare employment contracts, contractual amendments and other HR documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor sickness absence, identify trends and provide advice to managers on absence management procedures and best practice.
Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers and workforce planning activities.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the People function.HR Advisor will have / be:

CIPD level 3
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organisational skills
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
