Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, supporting managers and employees across the business. The role will involve employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, policy guidance, and HR projects, helping to drive best practice and support organisational objectives.

Description

Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Manage a range of employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant and are consistently applied.
Assist with organisational change projects and workforce planning activities.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Previous experience within an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Experience managing employee relations cases confidently and independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation would be advantageous.
A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
