Job Description
Artis HR is delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into an HR Advisor role within a well-established business near Hereford.
This is a fully office-based position and candidates must be able to drive. There is free on-site parking available.

Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you'll provide support across the full employee lifecycle, getting involved in recruitment, absence and performance management, inductions, employee relations and more. It's a varied and hands-on role where you'll have real autonomy and visibility across the business.

Other things to know:
There will be a requirement to work some later shifts between September-December to support the busy Christmas period.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role (or a strong HR Coordinator looking for a step up)
Ideally part-CIPD qualified, or a desire to work towards it
Confident communicator with a proactive and practical approach
