Moxie People is proud to be working with a well-regarded care provider in Carmarthenshire to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is a key role supporting managers with a broad range of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on employee relations casework.

Carmarthenshire | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days from Home)
£30,000 per annum
40 hours per weekWhat You'll Be Doing:
Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases
Preparing case-related documentation such as disciplinary packs, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant
Providing clear and practical advice to managers on all areas of HR policy and best practice
Supporting the team with generalist HR activity across the business
Ensuring excellent attention to detail in all communications and documentation
Helping to maintain a consistent and people-focused HR serviceWhat We're Looking For:
A proactive, adaptable HR all-rounder with solid generalist experience
Confident managing ER casework from end to end
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work at pace
A natural communicator who fits well into a friendly, values-led team
Someone with a 'can-do' attitude who genuinely cares about doing the right thing for people and the organisationThe Perks:

Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days working from home each week
