What you'll do as the HR Advisor:
As HR Advisor, you'll work closely with managers and staff across the organisation, building trust and creating a supportive, inclusive culture.
Be a friendly, trusted point of contact for employee relations
Help shape and improve policies, processes and people data
Champion inclusive and values-aligned recruitment
Support learning, wellbeing, and team development
Line manage a kind and capable People Administrator
What you'll bring:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
Strong working knowledge of employment law and people practices
Confidence supporting and coaching others
A collaborative, inclusive approach, with a passion for people
