HR Advisor – Rotherham - £30,000
Chase and Holland are excited to be exclusively recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of a highly respected charity and registered social landlord. With over 30 years of experience transforming lives through stable accommodation and support. Guide managers on HR policies, manage grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, and performance cases.
Support hiring aligned with organisational values and ensure a welcoming onboarding process.
Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with legislation, and produce key HR metrics.
Identify training needs and promote trauma-informed practices.
Oversee HR systems, payroll, and leave management.
Drive initiatives in wellbeing, diversity, and continuous improvement.Skills and Qualifications Required:
Essential:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and TUPE.
Excellent communication and business management skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.Desirable:
Experience using Bamboo HR.
Knowledge of the housing or social care sector.
