What will you be doing?
This is a dynamic and varied role where the HR Advisor will support managers, employees, and wider business operations.
You'll be responsible for a range of core HR tasks, including maintaining HR systems, ensuring compliance, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with employee relations.
About you
We’re recruiting an HR Advisor/ Assistant to join the HR team of one of our key clients in the food manufacturing industry. Experience in HR or HR Administration is required so that you can hit the ground running. Beneficial, although not essential, is a CIPD qualification or a desire to achieve one. Experience in a fast-paced FCMG company would be extremely beneficial for this HR Advisor role.
