A growing business is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to ensure operational excellence and best practice across all functions. Along with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, You will benefit from the opportunity for overtime, performance related pay, annual bonus based on company performance, pension, good holiday entitlement, a wellbeing team that will listen to you and training and development to meet your needs and that of the business.

As HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit interviews
Providing first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance
Supporting performance management processes and disciplinary procedures
Assisting with policy development and implementation
Coordinating training and development initiatives
Handling employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism
Leading and managing payroll processes and benefits administration
Leading on HR projects and process improvements
We’re looking for a HR Advisor with:
Generalist HR experience
Good knowledge of UK employment law
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (ideally HRIS experience)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work with changing priorities in a highly pressurised environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Ideally a CIPD qualification or other HR relevant qualification
Knowledge of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion best practices
Experience with employee engagement initiatives
Employee health and wellbeing initiatives
Training and competence in a regulated sector
