Job Summary
As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the HR function across our fast-paced manufacturing site. You’ll work closely with line managers and employees to provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations while supporting wider strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR support and advice to managers and employees across the site
* Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases
* Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
* Support HR reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making and identify trends
* Deliver training and development initiatives in line with site and company-wide goals
* Participate in HR projects, change management, and continuous improvement activities
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity on HR systems
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
* Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
