Job Description
We are working with a leading food manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. Supplying a wide range of products to major retailers across the UK, the business is continuing to grow and evolve. As part of our ongoing investment in people, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team in Newcastle.

Job Summary
As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the HR function across our fast-paced manufacturing site. You’ll work closely with line managers and employees to provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations while supporting wider strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR support and advice to managers and employees across the site
* Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases
* Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
* Support HR reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making and identify trends
* Deliver training and development initiatives in line with site and company-wide goals
* Participate in HR projects, change management, and continuous improvement activities
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity on HR systems
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
* Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office suiteBefore You Apply
