💰 Salary: £35,000 per annum
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Services Officer (HR Advisor) to join their UK HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established organisation and support both local and international HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to global HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Offer advice and guidance on UK employment law and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
Participate in the delivery of international HR initiatives in collaboration with global teams.Ideal Candidate:
Proven HR advisory experience with sound knowledge of UK employment law.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable.
Experience in an international or multi-site environment is a plus.
