We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a HR Advisor to join their growing and collaborative team based in Leeds City Centre. Salary: £40,000 per annum · Benefits: Generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension, private healthcare, wellbeing initiatives, and regular social events · Progression & Support: Clear career path with continued investment in your development · Hybrid Working: Office-based during probation, then hybrid working available · Positive Culture: Be part of a friendly, supportive, and people-focused HR team  Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance · Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance on ER issues, absence management, and performance concerns · HR Operations: Oversee HR administration across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding · Policy & Compliance: Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment law · HR Projects: Lead and support on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and wellbeing programmes · Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and produce insightful HR and payroll reports for senior leadership Payroll Management: Assist with Payroll when needed  Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role · Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices · Qualifications: CIPD (or working towards) desirable · Systems: Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Communication: Confident, professional, and comfortable advising stakeholders at all levels  How to Apply: If you're a proactive HR professional with payroll experience looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
