HR Officer 12 month contract £160-£175 a day Inside IR35 Flintshire The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced HR Officer to join a global EPC company based out of South West London. Job Overview: As HR Officer you will support our HR Project Coordinator and you will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will coordinate the HR back office and General services activities and contribute to the efficiency of our HR management processes for the project. You will maintain accurate employee records according to the document management process. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise general services on the project site (cleaning, maintenance, reception, security, internal logistics, accommodation) Manage relationships with external suppliers, monitoring contracts, deadlines, and service levels Update the HR Scheduling in accordance with the actual mobilization plan status Support the organization of office space and workstations based on staff onboarding/offboarding Communicate with the client on behalf of the Project Management Team regarding contractual agreements like the submission of CVs and Personnel Assignment Authorization Form (PAAF) in collaboration with Project Control Department. Manage both digital and paper-based archiving of employee documentation (contracts, payslips, certificates, mandatory documents) Handle internal requests for office supplies, equipment and IT support in collaboration with the procurement and IT departments Requirements: What are we looking for? Experience: HR support or similar admin coordination tasks within a project context Education: CIPD Level 3 or higher or university degree Technical knowledge: GDPR basics, employee documentation organization IT skills: MS package (Excel), archiving systems Qualifications: Higher National Certificate/ Diploma in a relevant engineering subject, or relevant experience.
