HR Advisor – 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Colchester, Essex | Hybrid Working | Free Onsite Parking

Are you an experienced HR professional who can handle complex ER cases with confidence and still keep a smile on your face? We’re looking for a hands-on HR Advisor who can step straight into a fast-paced, multi-site environment and provide exceptional support to managers across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
* Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the UK in a coaching style
* Handling complex ER matters from investigation to resolution
* Guiding managers on all aspects of HR, ensuring compliance with employment law
* Travelling to sites (occasional overnight stays) to build relationships and provide in-person support
* Supporting HR projects, policy development, training delivery, and data analysis to spot trends and drive improvements
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor (fast-paced, multi-site experience a big plus)
* Strong employment law knowledge and experience in complex ER matters
* Resilient, adaptable, and confident in managing high volumes of cases
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (desirable)
* A people-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships quickly
