We are currently partnering with a successful logistics organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.
This is a full-time permanent role based from the Leeds office. Typical hours being 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
The HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for managers and employees across the business providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of HR topics, ensuring compliance with internal policy and employment legislation. This role serves as a trusted partner to the business, driving culture, promoting best practice and supporting to foster a great place to work in everything they do.
The Role:
Provide guidance, advice and support on a range of HR topics such as absence, disciplinary and grievance
Deliver the end to end recruitment process
Support the HR Manager on a range of HR duties such as project work
Coach and upskill managers to manage low level HR queries
Manage onboarding and induction activity for any new starters
Support on training and development activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year working as a HR Advisor
CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
Can work from the office full-time, and travel to different business locations if needed occasionally
