HR Advisor - Sports & Wellbeing Global Business | Salary up to c£40,000 + Benefits + Bonus.

We're working with a purpose-driven global brand that believes in the power of movement, wellbeing, and community. Their UK & Ireland head office is based in Warrington, and they're looking for a HR Advisor to play a key role in supporting their people and ensuring safe, engaging, and inclusive environments across office and retail.
What you'll be doing
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across head office, retail, and wholesale teams.
Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Develop fresh initiatives to drive engagement and wellbeing.
Oversee facilities management - from health & safety and compliance, to managing contractors, suppliers, and the car fleet.
Carry out audits, inspections, and ensure office standards remain high.
About you
CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent HR experience).
Confident handling a wide range of employee relations casework.
Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative - someone who thrives on variety.
