We are seeking a proactive and experienced Generalist HR Advisor to join a small but mighty team within a Global Manufacturing business, playing a pivotal role in supporting all HR functions across the manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a positive workplace culture. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to address HR needs effectively. Client Details Our Customer is a Global organisation operating in the industrial and manufacturing industry. The company is known for its commitment to operational excellence and providing tailored solutions to its clients. Based in Newtown, Wales Description As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for; Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and line managers on a range of HR matters including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, absence management, and disciplinary procedures. Partner with management to understand workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions that align with business objectives. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires within the manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health and safety regulations specific to the manufacturing sector. Assist in managing employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment. Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on workforce metrics. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and operational effectiveness. Support the implementation of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.Profile A successful HR Advisor will have: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of UK employment law and health & safety regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ideally CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred. Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.You must be able to work on-site 4x days per week, occasionally 5 days Job Offer Competitive salary up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits Permanent role offering stability and growth opportunities.
