Job Description
CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast growing business on the outskirts of Portsmouth, for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well established team on a permanent basis.
This is a varied role has arisen due to a business re-structure, and will be reporting to the Head of HR, supporting the smooth operation of the HR department.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
Support the HR Manager and Leadership Team to drive employee engagement objectives to ensure positive workplace culture.
Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation.
Assisting with recruitment process, from advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
Dealing with employee queries and support line managers with HR related matters.
Manage ER caseloads, working closely with managers to coach and advise on performance /absence management and flexible working.
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
CIPD level 3 qualified
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
Experience working within a HR team/generalist role.
Ideally able to commence employment at short notice, although candidates on 1 month's notice are also encouraged to apply.
