HR Advisor – Care Home group
Location: Ollerton, Newark, Nottinghamshire (NG22 9AB)
Base Salary: £28,000–£33,000 + bonus (OTE £36,000)
Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent, Start Date; ASAP
Company: Pivotal People Care on behalf of our client.
We’re looking for an HR Advisor to support care homes in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
Key responsibilities:
* Recruitment support, interviews & onboarding
* Employee relations, absence management & well-being
* Staff check-ins to boost engagement & retention
* Support managers on HR projects & initiatives
Requirements:
* HR experience in recruitment, onboarding & ER
* Confident handling sensitive HR conversations
* Flexible to travel within 45 mins of Ollerton, Newark
* CIPD L5 (or working towards) desirable
* Care/healthcare experience preferred
Package:
* £28k–£33k + quarterly bonus (OTE £36k)
* 28 days’ holiday + bank holidays
