Description
Provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee relations cases and advising on HR policies.
Assist in recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.
Advise managers on performance management processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions to upskill staff as required.
Provide support in payroll and benefits administration when necessary.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
