Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team on an 8-month fixed-term basis.
They are open to appointing at HR Advisor or HR Manager level, depending on experience.
It is essential that you have Cascade HR System experience

Key responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence cases).
* Support and coach managers, ensuring HR matters are handled in line with employment law and best practice.
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including advising on hiring strategy, coordinating interviews and managing offers.
* Maintain accurate employee records and produce reports using the Cascade HR System (essential).
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.

* Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Manager role.
* Strong ER and recruitment background.
* Confident user of Cascade HR System.
* Practical, organised and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
