JOB TITLE: Human Resources and Organisational Development
LOCATION: Bath Area
SALARY: £15-£19/Hr

Key Responsibilities:
Using a variety of media, including social media channels, to promote opportunities while upholding our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Your goal will be to attract high-quality candidates and help position the Council as an employer of choice.
This is more than an administrative role. You will offer expert advice and coaching to hiring managers, helping shape job adverts that reflect a strong and positive employer brand. Your input will directly support managers in building effective and engaged teams.
With our recent investment in a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you'll play a key role in maximising its capabilities—enhancing both the candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
You'll also contribute to wider recruitment initiatives, such as supporting and attending recruitment fairs, where your enthusiasm for talent attraction will help showcase the many exciting opportunities we offer.
Summary:
This is a Temp , full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days, On-site presence - 1 to 2 days a week
