Job Description

Anderson Knight Recruitment is partnering exclusively to recruit a HR Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dynamic, close-knit HR team and contribute to the growth of the business. The Role: As HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, working closely with a small but highly effective team. The role offers significant exposure to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management, with the opportunity to grow and develop within the team. This is a great chance for someone looking to progress quickly in HR, with a clear path to HR Adviser within the company. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support for all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. * Assist in the coordination of training and development programs. * Support employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary matters. * Help manage payroll and benefits administration. * Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. * Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar HR role, ideally within construction or related sectors. * Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Experience supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. * A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within HR. * Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. * Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
