Job Description

The Role:
As HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, working closely with a small but highly effective team. The role offers significant exposure to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management, with the opportunity to grow and develop within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.

Support employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary matters.

Help manage payroll and benefits administration.
*
Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
*
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar HR role, ideally within construction or related sectors.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
*
Experience supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
*
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within HR.
*
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
*
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
