The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks and assisting with recruitment and employee relations. This temporary role offers an opportunity to work in the leisure, travel, and tourism sector in Halifax. They are known for their focus on creativity and innovation in their field. Description Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee relations by addressing basic queries and escalating issues as needed. Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programmes. Assist with payroll queries and timesheet approvals when required.Profile A successful HR Assistant should have: Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using standard office software like Word, Excel, and Outlook. A proactive and professional attitude towards work. Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations is beneficial.Job Offer Hourly rate of approximately £13.50 - £16.50 per hour based on experience.
