Location: Liverpool Street! (8 minutes walk from Liverpool Street train station)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Conduct onboarding tasks such as ID checks, pre-employment checks, and payroll details
Maintain the HR onboarding/offboarding tracker and ensure payroll updates
Facilitate GDPR training for all employees
Manage employee profiles and policies in the HR system
Handle staff benefits and payroll queries
Process external reference and employment verification requests
Support office management and event coordination
Provide cover for finance and admissions as neededEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (CRM, ERP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for technology and data-driven excellence
Commitment to upholding the organisation's values and fostering trustDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous HR experience in a professional services environment
Familiarity with HR software and systems
Experience in managing employee benefitsTechnologies:
Microsoft Office Suite
HR Systems (e.g., HiBob)
