HR Business Partner - 4 days on site.
Our client is hiring for an operational and strategically minded HR Business Partner with trade unions experience.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, helping to shape and deliver the end-to-end people strategy for a number of departments and will capably partner a number of areas of the business, coaching senior leadership in order to elevate organisational capability.
Leading a small team, you will be highly professional and calm under pressure. You will lead a small team of advisors in focusing on the transactional but will be able to step up into strategic conversations easily.
You will have a strong grasp of HR frameworks at Group level and will be able to move them forward effectively.
