Description
Provide expert HR advice, coaching and guidance to line managers to support best practice people management aligned to business strategy.
Act as a strategic HR partner to a business unit, ensuring all HR activities are implemented consistently and effectively.
Support leadership teams in building high-performing teams through strong people governance, succession planning, and capability development.
Contribute to business planning and transformation projects by providing robust people insights and project leadership.
Manage employee relations cases with integrity and timeliness, promoting effective communication and engagement across the business.
Lead the delivery of key HR initiatives including talent development, L&D, recruitment planning, and annual reward cycles.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through proactive resourcing and development strategies.
Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to ensure consistent application of policy and process.
Champion the business's commitment to health, safety, and well being.
Profile
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum CIPD Level 5 accreditation.
Proven experience in delivering HR services across a geographically dispersed business unit.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR approaches.
Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and leading change initiatives.
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities with high levels of commercial acumen.
