Description
Partner with senior leaders to set and deliver the HR and talent agenda
Provide strategic advice across organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
Support managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management
Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practice
Drive associate engagement strategies that build a high-performing, inclusive culture
Coach and support leaders in developing talent pipelines and succession plans
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring and onboarding processes
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures
Ensure the annual performance and development reviews are carried out thoroughly to support ongoing employee growth
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support long-term organisational growthProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed organisation
Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development projects.
Proficiency in using HR systems and analysing HR metrics.
Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365 tools, and HR analyticsJob Offer
