Description
An HR Business Partner to:
Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and teams within the organisation.
Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives across
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational objectives.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement and development.
Analyse HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in human resources within a charity or similar setting.
A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues effectively.
Experience with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
Proficiency in analysing HR metrics to support organisational decision-making.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Job Offer
