We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and versatile HR Business Partner who can bring with them a strong blend of operational and strategic HR expertise, capable of partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives that align with our customer's company goals. The successful candidate will also lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

Description
Key Responsibilities will be:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organisational performance.
Operational HR Management:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
Employee Relations:
Lead on complex employee relations cases, conducting investigations, managing grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution with sensitivity and compliance.
Change Management:
Support and advise on organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee support throughout transitions.
Performance Management:
Guide managers on performance appraisal processes, coaching, and development plans to enhance individual and team performance.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor HR data and provide insights to influence business decisions and track the effectiveness of HR interventions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure HR practices comply with employment law and internal policies, mitigating risk through proactive advice and guidance.
Profile
You mut be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role with a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities.
Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations cases.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics to support business decisions.
Confident and assertive with the ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Collaborative team player with a commercial mindset.
Job Offer
A competitive salary of £65,000
