An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to take the lead in delivering the organisation's People Strategy. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you'll support organisational development, influence culture, and implement innovative HR initiatives. This is a key role in shaping the future of the workforce and ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet its ambitious goals Client Details This not-for-profit organisation operates within the Leeds area, providing vital services to the community. As a small-sized organisation, they are committed to fostering a supportive and professional environment, with a focus on delivering excellence in their sector. Description Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner to directors and managers, delivering professional advice and solutions. Lead and support people-focused change projects aligned with the People Strategy. Drive performance and behavioural frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational values. Develop and implement learning and development programmes that address skills gaps. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and staff engagement. Profile A successful HR Business Partner should have: CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified. Proven experience in a similar HR or organisational development role, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. Strong track record of supporting culture change and driving people development. Confident in leading organisational development (OD) projects and HR interventions. Skilled at stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and team facilitation. Passionate about equity, diversity and social purpose in a workplace context Job Offer A competitive salary of between £52,000 - £55,000 pa, depending on experience. 27 days of holiday leave, plus bank holidays.
