We’re looking for a proactive, positive and detail-focused individual to join this team in Grantham on a temporary basis, supporting with Right to Work compliance activity.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing digital employee files, checking Right to Work documentation, updating systems, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant. The role also involves contacting line managers and employees, so strong communication and customer care skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing E-files and Right to Work documents
* Verifying, updating, and maintaining employee records
* Contacting line managers and employees to request information
* Supporting the team with general admin tasks
* Ensuring all documentation meets required standards
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proactive attitude and positive approach
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous admin experience
* HR experience or understanding is a bonus but not essential
