Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR People Coordinator to join one of our Harrogate based clients. You will play a vital role in delivering excellence through HR; you will be responsible recruitment, supporting with all compliance and process from onboarding, offboarding, running all RTW checks, DBS and references. This is a vital role due to the nature of the business - working with children and young adults. If you are an experienced administrator, come from a recruitment or HR background and are looking for a new challenge and fantastic working environment, please send us your CV immediately. Key Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment procedures and process documentation for new starters and leavers Manage DBS applications and ensure all current staff have up-to-date clearances Complete compliance checks such as RTW documentation Weekly audits Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR and operational teamsSkill and Knowledge Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration (desirable but not essential) Familiarity with DBS processes and compliance documentation (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Friendly and professional communicator with a strong team ethos Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Empathetic and values-driven approach aligned with our missionWe are unable to respond to all applications, if you have not had a response within 5 days, your application has been unsuccessful on his occasion
