HR Coordinator
Swindon
Full Time or Part Time – Monday to Friday
Permanent
Salary is dependent on experience and hours agreed
We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our client based in Swindon. They are a small but successful, manufacturing business based in Swindon and they are looking for someone to assist with HR administration, health and safety, general administration and facilities/contracts management.
Roles:
* HR administration including managing holidays, absences, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding
* Liaising with employment law consultants and handling disciplinary matters
* Maintaining staff records and compliance documentation
* Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, and documentation
* Overseeing health & safety and product compliance
* Managing utilities contracts and office supplies (stationery, hygiene, PPE)
* Supporting customer and staff interactions as needed
Desirable skills & attributes:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Experience in HR or office management
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Common sense and practicality
