About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some HR experience who wants to take the next step and gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle in the engineering industry. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider people strategy.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate employee records and oversee HR information systems.
Coordinating our employee benefits platforms, ensuring staff have access to the right perks and support.
Responding to any HR queries, providing guidance on processes and procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR where needed.
Monitoring HR data to provide insights and improve our people processes.
Getting involved in exciting HR projects that make a real difference.About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
Experience in an HR support or coordination role
Confidence in managing systems and maintaining accurate data records
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
