Job Description
My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER Caseworker on a Permanent basis.
You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters within my clients organisation.
What's on offer:
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000*based on experience
Hybrid working
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
Provide expert HR advice to line managers on a wide range of HR topics, ensuring the effective resolution of employment issues
Support both managers and employees in handling employee relations matters, offering guidance on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering positive working relationships
Manage a diverse caseload of people-related issues, including onboarding, probationary assessments, grievances, absenteeism, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Maintain and monitor case records with precision, ensuring all documentation is up to dateAbout you:
You will have the following experiences:
Extensive experience in a similar role.
Hold a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Extensive experience advising and supporting managers on employment-related matters
Local Authority experience is essential
